Just minutes from Penn State

OCCUPANCY:
The Springfield House welcomes children over the age of 8. We cannot accommodate children under age 8. 

Guest rooms are double occupancy, with one bed per room. Additional persons age 18 or under can be accomodated on a rollaway at $25 per night. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and one person age 18 or younger (3 persons per room).

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in is from 2-9 PM. Please advise of your expected arrival time to assure that someone is here to greet you. Late check-ins and check-outs may be arranged in advance but cannot always be accommodated. Check-out time is 11AM. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival **(60 days for Special Event Weekends or "Whole House" reservations)** will receive a refund of any deposits. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of deposit (the full amount for special event weekends) unless the room is rebooked. The full amount of the Reservation for Special Event Weekends will be charged to the card on file up to 60 days in advance of arrival and will become non refundable at that time, unless the room is rebooked.

** Special Event Weekends include PSU Football, PSU Graduation, Arts Festival, Memorial Day.

SMOKING:
The Springfield House is a non-smoking facility, smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE on the property (including outdoors). A minimum $200 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking in rooms. No candles or other open flames are permitted by fire code.

PETS:
We cannot accommodate pets.
